Stress Management at Work: Building Resilience and Well-Being

The purpose of this course is to provide attendee’s information on how to manage increasing stress levels. This stress management course is designed to show attendees how to recognize stress. Furthermore, how to handle stress and prevent it from impacting their health and well-being.

  • Workplace Environment: Understanding how organizational culture, communication, and work conditions impact stress levels.
  • Coping Mechanisms: Introducing healthy coping strategies to manage stress triggers.

Module 2: Resilience and Emotional Intelligence

Building resilience is essential for navigating workplace challenges. This module focuses on resilience techniques, including emotional intelligence:

  • Self-Regulation: Techniques for managing emotions during high-pressure situations.
