What training does a hospital team need?
- Hospital staff follow national clinical guidance, for example the Irish National Early Warning System and the HSE's sepsis guideline.
- Courses that teach clinical skills name a clinically qualified trainer and a reviewer.
- The HSE says manual handling training must be relevant to the person's role, work and environment. Samson's instructor courses let a hospital train its own staff.
