Where Experience Meets Excellence

VDU & Ergonomics Assessor

Display Screen Equipment (DSE), commonly referred to as VDU workstations, are widely used across modern workplaces. Poor workstation design, incorrect posture, and prolonged screen use can contribute to musculoskeletal disorders, eye strain, fatigue, and reduced workplace productivity.

This VDU & Ergonomics Assessor Training provides organisations with practical knowledge to carry out effective workstation assessments and support safe display screen equipment use in line with Irish health and safety legislation.

The course focuses on ergonomic principles, workstation risk identification, and structured assessment processes that enable organisations to improve employee comfort, reduce injury risk, and maintain compliant workplace practices.

Recently Booked an IOSH Health and Safety Course through Samson. Samson did not directly provide the training but I found them easy and reliable to deal through they found a course provider to best suit my requirements. I really enjoyed the course and the course instructor through her own experience was able to provide real life examples of Health and Safety Issues. There was interaction with Q & A’s between different sections of the course which kept the course interesting.
