Mobility & Falls Prevention Training Course

Mobility limitations, slips, trips, and falls remain among the most common causes of workplace injuries and incidents across healthcare, residential care, hospitality, and general workplace environments. Poor movement practices, environmental hazards, and lack of awareness can significantly increase the risk of injury for employees, service users, residents, and visitors.

This Mobility & Falls Prevention Training provides practical knowledge and awareness to support safer movement practices, reduce fall risks, and promote proactive workplace safety management in line with Irish health and safety legislation.

The course focuses on hazard awareness, mobility support principles, environmental safety, and preventative strategies designed to reduce the likelihood of slips, trips, falls, and mobility-related incidents.

Recently Booked an IOSH Health and Safety Course through Samson. Samson did not directly provide the training but I found them easy and reliable to deal through they found a course provider to best suit my requirements. I really enjoyed the course and the course instructor through her own experience was able to provide real life examples of Health and Safety Issues. There was interaction with Q & A’s between different sections of the course which kept the course interesting.
