This course is essential as work related violence is a growing concern in most customer facing roles. Workplace violence is any incident where a person is abused, threatened or assaulted in circumstances related to their work. By completing this course, participants will learn how to correctly and safely deal with any conflict which may arise in the workplace.

This course is aimed at people who work in customer focused operations where the risk of violence from members of the public is real and tangible.
This course is classroom based; it is highly interactive with role-playing and practical exercises to reinforce understanding and learning.
While pens and paper will be supplied, participants are free to bring their own. Participants should wear comfortable clothing for practical activities.
A maximum of 12 per course
Upon successful completion of this course participants will receive a certificate of attendance provided by Samson Training.
